You need an account to use Ninox

Ninox is a SaaS (Software as a Service), meaning you work cloud-based. This allows you to access Ninox in the cloud via your browser—even without downloading the app.

In the cloud, collaborating with your team is made easy: you can all access your databases from anywhere, as long as everyone's devices are connected to the internet.

If you prefer working in an app on a mobile device over using a browser, download the Ninox app for iPhone, iPad, or Android. In addition, we offer Ninox for Mac. The Mac app comes at one-time fee whereas our mobile apps are free.

Sign up for Ninox

Testing Ninox is straightforward. We won't ask for your payment details, your email address is all we need. On (almost) any Ninox webpage, click Start free trial in the upper right corner.

To sign up for Ninox:

1. Tell us how you plan on using Ninox: business or private?

2. Enter your email address and choose a password to create your account.

3. Check your emails and confirm your email address. You're redirected to Ninox in the Public Cloud, aka the web app, at app.ninox.com.

4. Our virtual assistant welcomes you. Start your first tour and get to know Ninox. 🤓
