How to proceed after your free trial has ended
Finished your free 30-days trial? To continue using Ninox, choose between 2 versions in the Public Cloud and pay via our self-service payment provider:

If you are interested in using Ninox in the Private Cloud or On-Premises, please reach out to our Sales team.
Purchasing your plan
If you're using Ninox in your browser, check when your trial expires in the upper-right corner of the page. Click the Upgrade plan button to get redirected to our payment provider.
To subscribe to our service:
If you want to purchase more licenses, click your profile icon.
You're redirected to the Subscriptions page either via Upgrade or Upgrade plan.
Click Upgrade and enter the total number of required licenses. Don't forget to count yourself—an owner also needs their own license.
Enter your personal information for billing and choose a payment method (credit card, PayPal or direct debit).
In terms of payment, your trial subscription doesn't count. That's why to our payment provider, it looks like you have 0 subscriptions. So your total number of required licenses is the same as the number of additional licenses in the pop-up.
