# Ja/Nein (Boolean)

Nutze ein Feld vom Typ **Ja/Nein** für einfache Zustände wie genehmigt, aktiv oder abgeschlossen.

Feldspezifische Einstellungen für **Ja/Nein** sind:

<i class="fa-memo">:memo:</i> **Allgemein**

* **Standardwert**: legt den anfänglichen Ja-oder-Nein-Zustand für neue Datensätze fest

<i class="fa-airplay">:airplay:</i> **Anzeige**

* **Anzeigen als**: zeigt die Optionen als **Kontrollkästchen**, **Dropdown**, **Schalter** oder **Tabs**

Wir empfehlen, **Standardwert** zu verwenden. So lassen sich Filter und Bedingungen in Automatisierungen leichter handhaben. Ein Standardwert stellt sicher, dass neue Datensätze mit "Ja" oder "Nein" beginnen und nicht leer bleiben. \
Ohne Standardwert kann das Feld drei Zustände haben: "Ja", "Nein" oder "leer". \
Wenn du zum Beispiel nach `field_value = false` filterst, sind Datensätze mit leerem Wert nicht enthalten, auch wenn Nutzer sie vielleicht als "Nein" verstehen.
