# Unterschrift (Signature)

Nutze ein Feld vom Typ **Unterschrift**, wenn ein Datensatz eine handschriftliche Unterschrift speichern soll.

Feldspezifische Einstellungen für **Unterschrift** sind:

<i class="fa-airplay">:airplay:</i> **Anzeige**

* **Anzeigen als**: steuert, wie das Signaturfeld im Formular erscheint
  * **Vorschaubild**: zeigt die Signatur als Vorschaubild
  * **Vorschau**: zeigt eine größere Vorschau im Formular

Klicke im Formular auf **Hier klicken, um den Signatur-Editor zu öffnen**, um zu unterschreiben. Du kannst **Signatur löschen** wählen, um die aktuelle Eingabe zu löschen, **Abbrechen**, um den Editor ohne Speichern zu schließen, oder **Signatur speichern**, um die Signatur im Datensatz zu speichern.

Nachdem du eine Signatur gespeichert hast, kannst du über **`⋮`** die Datei <i class="fa-eye">:eye:</i> **Anzeigen**, <i class="fa-download">:download:</i> **Herunterladen**, <i class="fa-pen">:pen:</i> **Ersetzen** oder <i class="fa-trash-can">:trash-can:</i> **Entfernen**.

Klicke auf die gespeicherte Signatur oder Zeichnung, um den Druckeditor zu öffnen. Dort kannst du sie drucken oder herunterladen.

Ninox speichert die Signatur außerdem in <i class="fa-paperclip-vertical">:paperclip-vertical:</i> **Dateien**. Anders als eine Datei in einem Feld vom Typ **Datei** bleibt eine entfernte Signatur nicht im **Dateien**-Tab des Datensatzes erhalten. Ninox verschiebt sie direkt in den <i class="fa-trash-can">:trash-can:</i> **Papierkorb** im Bereich **Dokumente** des Arbeitsbereichs. Nutze **Unterschrift**, wenn der Datensatz eine unterschriebene Bestätigung oder Freigabe speichern soll. Wenn du nur ein gescanntes Signaturbild oder Dokument anhängen willst, nutze stattdessen **Datei**.
