# Gemeinsame Feldeinstellungen

Viele Datenfeldtypen teilen dieselben Einstellungen. Andere enthalten zusätzliche Optionen, die vom Feldtyp abhängen.

Manche Einstellungen, wie die Sichtbarkeit, beeinflussen die Tabellenstruktur. Andere ändern nur das Feld im Formular.

Viele Datenfelder enthalten diese gemeinsamen Einstellungen:

* eine Beschreibung des Feldtyps
* <i class="fa-trash-can">:trash-can:</i> zum Löschen des Felds
* **Bezeichnung**: der Name, den Nutzer im Formular sehen
* **Interner Name**: der technische Feldname für die Tabellenstruktur und für Skripte

Ändere den **Internen Namen** nur mit Bedacht. Andere Teile der App, besonders Skripte, können davon abhängen.

Öffne <i class="fa-airplay">:airplay:</i> **Anzeige** für:

* **Bezeichnungsposition**: steuert, wo die Bezeichnung erscheint
  * **Oben**: zeigt die Bezeichnung über dem Feld
  * **Links**: zeigt die Bezeichnung links neben dem Feld
  * **Innen**: zeigt die Bezeichnung im Feld
  * **Versteckt**: blendet die Bezeichnung aus
* **Tooltip**: damit fügst du einen Hilfetext für ein Feld hinzu

Öffne <i class="fa-shield-check">:shield-check:</i> **Berechtigungen** für:

* **Read access**: steuert, wer das Feld sehen kann
* **Edit access**: steuert, wer das Feld ändern kann

* **Erforderlich**: macht das Feld verpflichtend

Öffne <i class="fa-eye">:eye:</i> **Sichtbarkeit** für:

* **Sichtbar**, **Versteckt**: steuert, ob das Feld im Formular erscheint
* **Bedingt**: ermöglicht dir, eine **Sichtbarkeitsbedingung** zu definieren, mit der du festlegst, wann dieses Feld angezeigt oder ausgeblendet wird

Öffne <i class="fa-code-simple">:code-simple:</i> **Automatisierungen** für:

* **Bei Aktualisierung**: führt ein Skript aus, wenn sich der Feldwert ändert
